One of the more common causes of boiler tube failure is weakening due to fireside erosion and corrosion. As a solution, Munroe offers weld overlay that vastly improves resistance to corrosion and erosion which can add significant life to retrofitted components.

Munroe uses in-house computerized welding units to apply inconel and stainless steel overlay to the hot side of boiler components to dramatically extend the life cycle.
